Ravens Chocolate LLC is a family-owned chocolate maker in Lockport, New York. We source single-origin cacao from small farms in Central and South America and roast, grind, and conch every batch in our Ridge Road workshop.
Since 2015 we have supplied craft chocolate bars, drinking chocolate, and confections to retailers, cafés, and restaurants across Western New York. Our small-batch process means every bar is finished by hand and every recipe is developed in-house.
